"Nous avons eu les chambres 504 e. 505 à la Résidence. Dans une des deux chambres, la porte de la douche était cassée, la porte du frigo que nous n’avons pas utilisé présente à l’extérieur de la rouille e. il y avait de la poussière sous forme de « moutons de poussière » qui se déplaçaient entrainés par nos mouvements. Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain, montre bien son âge e. doit être détartré. De plus le lavabo est très sérieusement fendu. Les chambres, surtout la 504, n’étaient pas dignes de la renommée du Schloss Ragaz. Nous sommes de l’avis que de manière générale « La Résidence » mérite d’être rafraichie car le bâtiment e. son intérieur présentent des signes évident de son âge. Nous sommes de l’avis que même si notre jugement est sévère, il n’est que bénéfique à la gestion de votre établissement. Merci de votre compréhension."

"Les chambres méritent d’être rénovées. Le mobilier remis à neuf. Et surtout les salles de bain plus modernes. La literie est bonne. L’accueil et le service est excellent. Pour le petit déjeuner il devrait y avoir plus de « fait maison », plus de choix et de produits raffinés."
